Terms & Conditions

Returns will be accepted as follows:

1. Within 14 days of taking delivery of your order, you must notify us of the reason for your return so that we may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit (i.e. confirming product damage).
3. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
4. All to-be returned items:
   • must be in the original packaging and be in resellable condition
   • must be returned shipping prepaid
   • must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip
   • will be refunded in the form of a credit to the charge card number used in the original purchase; no cash refunds will be processed on web orders.
5. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s), in the amount equal to the value of the product(s) and any applicable taxes.
6. Returns are not accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
7. We cannot accept the return of any items more than 14 days past delivery.

Return Procedure

You must notify us in advance (within 14 days of taking delivery of your order) that you would like to return a product, and the reason for your request.  You may notify us via email or phone. After you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization number, package the goods in a protective cardboard box, for return shipment, along with the receipt or packing slip.
